skilldrop bootstrap writes the skilldrop marketplace into ~/.claude/settings.json so every Claude Code session on the machine discovers the catalogue without any per-session /plugin command — one command for onboarding scripts or provisioning runbooks.
The catalogue site now serves marketplace.json at a stable URL (sananthanarayan.github.io/skilldrop/marketplace.json) so org admins can point internal tooling at it directly.
pages CI now guards marketplace.json against drift before deploying the site, so a stale marketplace is caught on PRs rather than after the merge.
