postmortem-generatorwrites the postmortem at the length and for the reader you name: half a page for a board, a note for customers, or the full incident review. It still never names a person as the cause, even when your notes do. It now says plainly who or what noticed first and how long before any alert, keeps what is known apart from what is still open, gives owners and dates only where your material does, and leaves no[missing]fields or empty template rows in the document. Runbook edits are included when the incident showed a procedure was wrong. On two evals it had never seen, two blind judges preferred it to plain Claude Code in 2 and 3 of 4 pairs, the same as before the rebuild, and a run costs less than half as much. It still loses on a short note for a very small team (RFC-0046).
