guide-builderwrites a guide that holds only what your notes say, at the length its reader needs: a README section, a sheet for volunteers, a page for a new starter, or a reference for developers. Anything it infers from the notes (a unit from a sample value, what a field probably means) is marked where it appears. Steps are ordered so nothing is used before it is set up. Questions for you stay in the reply, so the guide can be sent as it stands, and where the notes leave a gap the guide tells the reader who to ask. The three fixed templates and the "reading this as a setup guide" opener are gone. On two evals it had never seen, two blind judges preferred it to plain Claude Code in 3.5 and 4 of 4 pairs, up from 2 and 3 (RFC-0046).
