- New skill:
role-shortlist(career). Give it an employer's careers page saved as files, a job-board export or a folder of postings, plus your resume, and it says which roles to apply for. Each role is judged only from its own posting text; one it could not read is listed as unread, never ranked from its title; an unmet licence, registration, location or required degree takes a role out whatever else fits; the same role posted twice counts once; every role you gave appears once. Admitted on a measured result (RFC-0047): on two evals written by someone who never read the skill, two blind judges preferred it to plain Claude Code in 3 of 4 pairs each. - Every skill now has held-out evals. 84 skills gained two evals each, written by agents that read only the skill's one-line description, so every skill in the catalogue now has checks it was never revised against: 224 of the 376 evals.
run_bench.py --held-outruns only those, and its report and the published summary split every number into evals the author wrote and evals written without seeing the skill. The site's home page and evals page show the split once a run is published. - Installs no longer copy a skill's
evals/folder. The evals are how the catalogue measures a skill, not something the agent reads, and some fixtures are bait on purpose (a script that reads credentials, for a reviewer to catch).outdated, updateanddiffignore them too, so adding evals is not a change to the skill.skilldrop scanstill lists patterns found inside eval fixtures, marked as fixtures the skill never runs. job-fit-analysispoints torole-shortlistfor a long list of openings and keeps the two-or-three-posting case.
