Three new loops, for jobs that run alongside delivery (RFC-0052): - research takes a question about why something happened to an answer the evidence can carry. The plan fixes what would change the decision before any source is read. Its gate (G7) passes only when the evidence separates the leading explanation from the runner-up; otherwise it sends the work back for the one observation that would. npx skilldrop-cli install --loop research. - comply takes a risky change (a launch, a vendor, new personal data) to a risk position its owner signs.
