Every skill script has unit tests: 1,317 tests for the 48 scripts in 43 skills, run on Linux, macOS and Windows on every pull request. Every new script needs tests: validate.py fails a skill whose scripts have none. Run them with python3 -m unittest discover -s tests -t .. They use only the standard library and run offline (RFC-0060).
Two Windows bugs, found by running the tests on Windows, are fixed: - tracker-brief-sync 0.1.1 wrote its Jira and CSV imports with a blank row between every issue; - interactive-diagram 0.2.3 crashed when the output file was on a different drive from the current folder.
Writing the tests found 60 bugs in 34 skills. Each is recorded as a known failure and fixed in a follow-up release. About 25 give a wrong result, such as AWS spot compute always reported as $0, or a sprint filter that also matches a later sprint. The rest crash on input they should reject with a clear message.
