context-graph, a new skill insolution-architect, answers "why is it like this?" from your decision records. It reads ADRs, RFCs and design records in MADR, Nygard or frontmatter form, and builds the graph between them: what supersedes or amends what, which records cite which, the files and folders each decision governs, and, with--git, the commits behind each. It checks that graph against the code, and finds: - a supersession only one side records; - a current decision naming code that is gone or has moved; - a decision the code no longer follows; - a guide still teaching a superseded decision; - two current decisions on one path; - a reference to a record that doesn't exist. When nothing was written down, it says "no recorded decision" (RFC-0063).- It was admitted on its third draft. Blind judges preferred it to plain Claude Code in 4 and 5 of 8 pairs on new held-out evals, and it met 70% of their checks, against 45% without it.
